As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a driven and personable Home Health Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX (Dallas and East Dallas area). This full-time, field-based position focuses on building strong referral relationships and expanding our presence in the Dallas market.

Essential Job Functions 

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources 
• Promote Home Care Providers of Texas services to drive patient referrals
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Coordinate marketing events, in-services, and community outreach
• Track and report referral trends and outcomes

Requirements   

• Proven experience in marketing; home health background preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel; tech-savvy with basic smartphone and social media use
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Team player with strong emotional intelligence and a positive, growth-minded attitude
• Creative thinker; graphic design or video platform experience is a plus
