Sales/Marketing Representative

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a driven and personable Home Health Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Austin, TX area. This full-time, field-based position focuses on building strong referral relationships and expanding our presence in the Austin market.

Essential Job Functions
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
- Promote Home Care Providers of Texas services to drive patient referrals
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Coordinate marketing events, in-services, and community outreach
- Track and report referral trends and outcomes

Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing; home health background preferred
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel; tech-savvy with basic smartphone and social media use
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Team player with strong emotional intelligence and a positive, growth-minded attitude
- Creative thinker; graphic design or video platform experience is a plus
